SellPrivate exists for one reason: to let home owners reach the same buyers an agent would, without handing over a percentage of their sale price.
What we do
We give owners the tools agents use: listings on Australia's biggest property portals, a professional listing page, buyer enquiries delivered straight to the owner, and a dashboard to manage price, photos, inspections and status. Our packages are a single flat fee, and your listing stays up until your property sells.
What we don't do
We're not a real estate agent. We don't negotiate for you, hold deposits or prepare contracts. That keeps our fees low and keeps you in control. For the legal side of your sale, we recommend working with a conveyancer or property solicitor in your state.
Who we are
SellPrivate is an Australian service, and your listing data is stored on servers in Australia.
